What you’ll need to get started
In order to complete your registration and verify your account, make sure you have access to:
- A government issued national ID (Ex; Passport, Driver License, National ID, etc.)
- Phone Number / Email
- Bank account number and bank routing number (Optional for some countries)
- Your store information (ex; store name, etc.)

What is a Seller Center?
Once you register as an KreziCart seller, you’ll have acess to your Seller Center dashboard. Your seller center dashboard is where you can manage everything about your store for example; listing items, manage inventories, fixing prices and many more.
What you need to start listing products
- Product title
- Product description and bullet points
- Product Images
- Tags, Keywords
- SKU

You’ve made your first sale. What’s next?
After achieving your first sale, there are still numerous growth opportunities to explore while selling on KreziCart. However, it is crucial to bear in mind a few key aspects once your store is operational.
How to process an order
As soon as a customer orders one of your products, you have 48 hours to get your item ready to ship. Here are the steps to do it properly:
- Check daily your Seller Center Dashboard to see if you have a new order (a mail alert or SMS is also sent to you).

How to deliver your order
KreziCart offers you two main solutions to deliver your orders:
- Prepare and drop off your packages to one of our Caribbean local shipping stations.
This means that you take care of the storage of your products, you are responsible for packing the orders, you bring your orders to our shipping stations and we will take care of the delivery to the customers.
How you get paid
When you request a withdraw, depending on the payment options you added for withdrawing, We will deposit payment into your selected payment method every 7 days after order has been delivered. We will notify you when your payment has been sent.
